Our mission project for this year's holiday giving will be the support of our military service members deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan. We will be collecting donations during the month of October in order to allow enough time for shipping. Packages must be mailed out the first week of November.

Bonfire and Hayride at Royal Oak Farm Orchard in Harvard is scheduled for Saturday, October 18th from 6-10pm. Sign up at the hospitality table.

Our Mission Team has taken on the project of ministering to the elderly at the Sunrise Nursing Homes in Crystal Lake and we invite you to join us!

United Methodists in Missions Aurora/Elgin District Joint Mission Fair Sunday, November 2, 2008 from 2:00-6:00pm at Gary UMC in Wheaton.

We are looking for Youth Explosion Partners (YEP) - Parents of our youth currently provide a lot of support, but we want them to be available for whatever ministry God is calling them to do. Please prayerfully consider whether Youth is a ministry YOU feel called to support on an ongoing basis.

Christ UMC will be hosting "Bethlehem Marketplace" on Saturday, December 13th from 10am - 2pm where children will learn basket weaving, jewelry making , wood carving, leather making and will hear storytellers and the sounds of long ago. This will be open to the public and will be a wonderful experience for our children.

Church Office Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 9am until 2pm and Wednesday from 9am until 12 noon.
